Effective immediately, a credit card will be required to book an appointment online. Credit card numbers will be entered directly into Jane and used for online payment. Only cash payments will be accepted in office. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice is required otherwise the full cost of the appointment will be charged to the patient.

Please self-screen for any symptoms/illness prior to any appointment. Patients that display any symptoms in office will be required to wear a face mask. If feeling unwell, please notify the clinic in advance and the appointment will be rescheduled.
